About Us
Who are we?
Windows was started by Mrs.Monica Baluja. She discovered her love and passion for children in her early years of experience as an educator working with prestigious Delhi schools. This led her to qualify in child psychology and early childhood learning. Her vision is to consistently strive to open up the WINDOWS of little minds, to see a happy, positive and beautiful world.
With her ongoing experience, Mrs. Baluja discovered that early childhood learning was so crucial that no one methodology could do complete justice. This led her to develop her own program, which is an amalgamation of various methodologies which have scientifically been proven to benefit children and help them to maximize their brain and overall development.
She is assisted by Sonya Baluja who has imbibed the ideology over the many years of being a part of the school too. Even today they believe that they have to keep tweaking their methods to keep up with the constant change in early childhood education.
A Philosophy in Progress
Windows opened in 1995 with the desire to experience first-hand all of the marvelous thrills and excitement that exist in a child’s world. We go beyond traditional education in helping each child to navigate emotionally, intellectually, and socially throughout their journey with us. Early education is the key to unlocking a child’s world and a passport to freedom.
